Rental Policy
- All rentals are weekly (7 nights). Changeover day is Sunday.
- All weeks have an additional security deposit of $500.
- All rentals weeks have an additional cleaning fee of $200.
- All rates subject to change until lease agreement is signed.
- Minimum age for occupying residence is 25 years of age unless traveling with parents/older relatives. No Exception.
- NO Prom Parties, NO Senior Week Rentals. - We reserve the right to terminate any rental agreement with parties who violate the rental policy or conducts any unlawful activities. NO refund will be provided if the rental agreement is terminated for this.
- Primary renters must be on-site throughout the duration of your stay.
- Signed Lease Agreement must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the document. Please provide a photo(front and back) of your state issued ID.
Payment Options

- Venmo or Zelle - Please email us and we can arrange for payment.
Payment Schedule
- 50% of rental fee is collected at time of booking. Check, Zelle or Venmo payment must be received within 10 days of returning signed lease agreement.
- Remaining 50% plus $200 cleaning fee is due 45 days prior to arrival (check or Venmo must be received by this time).
- Security Deposit will be collected with the second payment in the amount of $500.
- If there is no damage your security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of checkout using the same method that was used to make the payment.
Cancelation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled at any time and must be done in writing.
- If the RENTER cancels the reservation prior to the check-in date, the OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If able to re-rent at the same or greater rate, the RENTER will receive a refund up to 90% of the weeks rental charges and other fees/taxes
- We strongly encourage RENTERS to purchase travel insurance along with their reservation. Cancel for any reason travel insurance protects the RENTER'S investment in the unexpected event that they need to cancel.
